Quite some time ago, I said that I would video Jack my Beagle playing Fetch with us and here it is….

But please note that I videod it with my mobile and I have to do some conversion to the format to make it compatible for the upload to You Tube. As such, it seems that Jack is running quite fast or I have somehow speed up the video. My apologies but I think you get the gist of it.

Jack used to be more aggressive and would pick up the cloth bone and rushed at you and not let go, so there would be a mini tug-of-war. Back as Jack has aged now, he has less stamina and not so aggressive.

We have never trained Jack to play fetch. This beagle just picked up the cloth bone and started rushing at us and when we managed to get it off him, we would throw it away and he will repeat the whole sequence until he is tired or we gave up…ha…ha….

If Jack is in the mood to play, all you have to do is just ask him for his toy and the Fetch game will start else he will just ignore you!
